Delivery and Returns
SHIPPING TERMS:
We use Royal Mail to ship all of our orders. Customers can choose their preference of Tracked24 or Tracked48 at the checkout.
We only ship within the UK and Northern Ireland.
All orders are fully trackable and have proof of delivery. Our orders are posted on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Your order will be posted to you on the next shipping day, after your order is placed. For example, an order placed on Tuesday will be posted on Wednesday and an order placed on a Friday will be posted the following Monday.
Tracked24 is £6.00 and aims to be delivered the next working day ( after we have shipped it)
Tracked48 is £4.50 and aims to be delivered within 2-3 working days ( after we have shipped it )
Our orders are automatically weighed at checkout and any large orders over 2kg in weight will be automatically charged £7.50 for delivery.
Although we aim for these delivery times, Mablethorpe Ice Cream Co Ltd are not responsible for any delays in delivery, once we have posted them. But should your order not arrive on time, please contact us after 5 working days of us shipping the order and we will chase it up with Royal Mail.
We are not responsible for any mistakes made when entering your personal details and shipping address. Please email us at the first instance if you think you have put the wrong details on your order and we will do our best to change this before shipping, if we have sufficient time to do so. Please note that when ordering during the warmer summer months, we cannot be held responsible for the change of quality of items such as chocolate, during their shipping process as we cannot control the temperatures during their transit.
RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refund requests for any broken food items, including rock. We will always ensure the items we post are in immaculate condition and packaged well, but we cannot accept responsibility once they have been shipped.
Should you change your mind and no longer want your order, you have the right the request a return and refund. But all items must be returned sealed, undamaged and in their original state, to qualify for a full refund.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately, on our online contact from, on the same day of ordering. Any contact made after this may not qualify for cancellation.
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return and ship back to us as soon as possible. All items must arrive back to us within 14 days for the refund to be processed.
You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of the returns postage and will only receive a refund for the cost of the items being returned, not including the original shipping fee.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 days of us receiving the order back. We will be in contact if we are not satisfied with the condition of the items and if your returned items have not met our returns conditions.
